Planned, coordinated, and facilitated a comprehensive training program for 700 Coaches. The training process includes both in-person and virtual sessions, with a distribution of 500 coaches participating in face-to-face sessions and 200 coaches engaging virtually.

Strengthened financial expertise by pursuing formal licensing, advanced coursework, and field learning opportunities. Earned Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, began CFP® coursework, and engaged in mentorship, branch visits, and job shadowing.
